City Scavenger Terms & Conditions

EVENT REFUND POLICY:

• A refund will be issued if an individual request is made 7, or more days before the scheduled event.
• If a game is postponed due to an issue beyond the organizer’s control (ie. extreme, dangerous weather conditions, natural disasters, war, or other unforeseen events, etc.) then tickets may be exchanged for any future event. Once the cancellation is confirmed we will contact you as soon as possible with further details
• PRICING AND OTHER ERRORS
• If the amount you pay for a ticket is incorrect regardless of whether because of an error in a price posted on this website or otherwise communicated to you, or you can order a ticket before its scheduled on-sale or presale date or you can order a ticket that was not supposed to have been released for sale, then: City Scavenger will have the right to cancel that ticket (or the order for that ticket) and refund to you the amount that you paid. This will apply regardless of whether because of human error or a transactional malfunction of this website.
• UNLAWFUL RE-SALE OF TICKETS
• Unlawful resale of tickets (or attempted resale) is grounds for seizure and cancellation without compensation. A ticket shall not be used for advertising, promotions, contests or sweepstakes, unless formal written authorization is given by City Scavenger, provided that even if such consent is obtained, any use of City Scavenger’s trademarks and other intellectual property is subject to City Scavenger’s consent.
• PHOTO AND VIDEO RELEASE
• By purchasing a ticket to this event, you grant and authorize City Scavenger the right to take, edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, distribute and make use of all photos and videos submitted through our app. These may be used for all legal promotional purposes, including print materials, social media, and other online outlets without payment or other consideration. This release applies to all participants in your group.
• RAIN OR SHINE
• Unless otherwise determined by City Scavenger, all events are considered RAIN or SHINE. No refunds will be given due to inclement weather.
• LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
• You expressly understand and agree that in no event shall this site, City Scavenger, or its affiliates and licensors, be liable for any damages whatsoever, including any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages, and any damages for loss of profits, savings, goodwill or other intangible losses, regardless of whether City Scavenger or this site had been advised of or could have foreseen the possibility of such damages, arising out of or in connection with: (a) the use, inability to use or performance of any of the services of this site, or (b) any unauthorized access to or modification to any of your content or transmissions, or (c) any other matter relating to this site or any of the services.
